Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of this website and, alongside your signed engagement letter, the services Digital Finsure LLC provides.

1. Acceptance

By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Scope of services

The specific services, deliverables, and dates for your account are defined in your engagement letter, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.

Bookkeeping, advisory, and loan consulting services are not legal advice, investment advice, or an audit, review, or compilation under AICPA attestation standards unless the engagement letter expressly says otherwise.

3. Fees and billing

Monthly plan fees are billed in advance on the first business day of each month and are due on receipt. One-time projects such as catch-up bookkeeping are quoted separately and typically billed 50% at start and 50% on delivery.

Invoices unpaid after thirty days may incur a 1.5% monthly late charge and we may pause work until the balance is settled.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate records, timely system access, and responses to our information requests. Our deadlines — including the monthly close date — depend on receiving what we ask for.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you supply and for final approval of filings and financial statements.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the services. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.

6. Term and termination

Ongoing engagements are month-to-month after onboarding. Either party may end the engagement with thirty days' written notice. On termination we deliver your records in a standard export format and invoice for work completed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
